MASTER IN GERONTOLOGICAL AND GERIATRIC NURSING
General objective
Provide specific training in gerontological and geriatric nursing, which allows nursing professionals to achieve leadership in the execution of their functions in caring for the elderly in any care setting, providing comprehensive and quality care.
Dates and time
• Theoretical-practical classes: from 09/26/2024 to 06/05/2025. Thursday mornings from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and 3 hours a week of tutored methodology and independent work prior to carrying out the theoretical-practical classes.
• Clinical internships: from November 2024 to May 2025. Monday to Friday (except Thursday) in morning or afternoon shifts.
Internships are planned individually taking into account, whenever possible, the needs of each student.
If professional experience can be demonstrated in the scope of the program, the Center's management may recognize the curricular practices as having been passed.
